How to submit a request
Email accounts@joxicraft.co.za with the subject "Personal information deletion request". You can also phone +27 53 010 1113 to ask about the process.
- Give your name and the email address you used to contact Joxicraft.
- Describe the information or service your request relates to, such as an enquiry, correspondence or a connected account.
- Include a relevant project or account reference if you have one, and say whether you are requesting deletion, correction or withdrawal of consent.
- If the request concerns Facebook or Instagram, identify the account or Page and the Joxicraft integration you authorised. Do not send access tokens, passwords or private messages as proof.
Send only the details necessary to locate the information. Do not attach an identity document or sensitive records unless the team has confirmed a suitable verification process.
Verification and processing
The team may need to verify your identity and authority before acting, particularly if the request affects an organisation's account or another person's information. The team will explain any additional information needed and the scope of the request.
A request is not an automatic deletion confirmation. Ask for written confirmation of the outcome, including what was deleted and any information that must be retained. Deletion rights can be subject to applicable law, record-keeping obligations and other lawful exceptions; where relevant, ask for the reason and applicable retention arrangements.
Website drafts and external providers
The public website enquiry form does not save or submit your entries to a website database. Closing the page removes its unsaved fields. If you opened or sent an email, your email provider may retain a draft or message, and Joxicraft may hold received correspondence. Specify that correspondence when requesting deletion.
Deleting information held by Joxicraft does not automatically delete information held independently by your email provider, Meta or another service. Use the provider's own privacy controls or request process for those records.
Connected social accounts
If you previously authorised a Joxicraft integration, you can review and remove its access through the relevant Facebook or Instagram settings, including Apps and Websites or Business Integrations where available. Removing access and requesting deletion are separate steps: removing access does not by itself confirm that previously retained information has been deleted.
Contact the mailbox above to ask what account data, if any, a particular Joxicraft integration retains and to request its deletion. This page provides a manual request channel, not an automated Meta deletion callback or a confirmation that an integration has been approved.
Further privacy questions
