This page describes the website features currently available. It is not a complete company-wide POPIA notice or a statement of legal compliance.
Enquiry drafts
The enquiry form prepares a draft in your email app. It does not send or store your enquiry on the website server. Draft fields are held in the open page and are not saved by the website after you close it. Your email provider may store drafts and sent messages according to its own policies.
Only include information needed for your enquiry. Do not include passwords, identity documents or other sensitive information. When you send the email, it is handled through your email provider and Joxicraft's mailbox services.
Website requests and external services
Hosting systems may record technical requests, including IP addresses and requested pages. Some illustrative images load from Unsplash; loading those images sends a request to that provider. External links such as Google Maps take you to another provider with its own privacy practices.
Privacy questions
For questions about information you email to the team, retention, access or correction requests, contact accounts@joxicraft.co.za and request the applicable company privacy notice. Do not send sensitive documents until the team confirms the appropriate process.
