Project Detail
We operationalized JoxiSphere (student.joxicraft.co.za) as the student-facing service layer for accommodation WiFi access. The platform supports onboarding-code registration, account setup, and recurring voucher delivery via SMS and WhatsApp, with accommodation managers able to coordinate multi-property onboarding workflows.
Challenge
Student onboarding and voucher distribution were difficult to scale manually across multiple residences and accommodation managers.
Solution
We structured a guided onboarding process on the portal, tied registration to manager-issued codes, and automated recurring voucher delivery with support and login workflows built into the platform.
Results
Student access provisioning is now centralized through student.joxicraft.co.za, reducing manual admin load while improving onboarding consistency and voucher delivery reliability.
