We designed, built, and rolled out the liquor licensing authority digitisation portal for SAB across Northern Cape, Free State, North West, KZN, Eastern Cape, Namibia, and eSwatini — coordinating architecture reviews, province-by-province onboarding, and ongoing implementation governance.
Challenge
Provincial licensing workflows were manual, inconsistent across regions, and lacked a unified system for tracking and compliance.
Solution
We delivered province-specific rollout tracks with shared architecture, controlled code deployments, and structured portfolio management. Architecture was reviewed iteratively and implementation was adapted per provincial context.
Results
Active delivery across nine territories with measurable improvements in process traceability, cross-province consistency, and licensing turnaround speed.
