Project Detail
We deployed and commissioned router and switch infrastructure at over 40 South African Post Office locations across the Northern Cape — including Kimberley, Prieska, Keimoes, De Aar, Upington, Kleinsee, Williston, Paballelo, and Olifantshoek. The project included site-by-site installation, network configuration, validation, and UAT closure as one coordinated SAPO programme.
Challenge
Each SAPO branch required a consistent, remotely manageable network architecture while accounting for varied physical site conditions and geographic spread across the province.
Solution
We executed a structured site-by-site rollout with a standardised configuration baseline, documented LLDP/BGP state per location, and photographic site evidence captured at each install point.
Results
Full network infrastructure commissioned and UAT-signed across all targeted branches, delivering consistent connectivity and remote manageability to postal service operations across the Northern Cape.
