Project Detail
For Savoy Hotel, we delivered a multi-system hospitality technology programme that included structured cabling, network infrastructure, Smart TV enablement, POS system software integration, telephone system integration, conferencing setup, and streaming support. The Smart TV scope includes a TV application and an ad-management application designed to run as part of the integrated portal stack. The scope was designed as one coordinated foundation so guest-room services and shared-space operations run consistently. The next delivery phase includes expanded hospitality portal software and IoT RFID capabilities for asset management, asset tracking, and theft-prevention controls.
Challenge
Hotel operations required one integrated solution across guest connectivity, in-room media, POS operations, voice services, and meeting-space technology without fragmented support paths.
Solution
We implemented a unified delivery and support model spanning cabling, LAN/WiFi, Smart TVs, POS integration, telephony, conferencing, and streaming workflows, with standardized operational controls for service continuity and a defined roadmap for portal and RFID expansion.
Results
Savoy Hotel now operates on a coordinated technology stack that improves guest experience quality and gives operations teams clearer day-to-day service control, with a clear path into portal and RFID-enabled asset intelligence.
